Is tofu cat litter food for kittens?
No. Cat litter is not food. A plant-based description does not make a finished litter product suitable for eating.
Should kittens be supervised around clumping litter?
Yes. Supervise kittens that mouth or eat litter and follow the product label. Ask a veterinarian for advice appropriate to the kitten's age and health.
What should I do if a kitten eats litter?
Remove access and retain the packaging. Contact a veterinarian if you are concerned, if more than a trivial amount may have been swallowed, or if any symptom appears.
