B2B Product Review and Quality Questions
This page explains the information buyers should review. It does not publish unverified factory processes, test results or guarantees.
1. Identify the exact product
Confirm the product description, composition information, packaging and sample identity. Do not assume that information for one product applies to another.
2. Evaluate a representative sample
Agree on the characteristics the buyer will evaluate and record the sample date, storage conditions and observations. A sample result is not automatically a production guarantee.
3. Review supporting documents
Check issuer, date, method, scope and applicable product for every specification, SDS or MSDS file, test report or certificate supplied.
4. Confirm commercial terms
Record product, packaging, customization, quantity, lead-time estimate, acceptance criteria and responsibilities in the transaction documents.
